Wednesday Set-Up & Rehearsal Dinner

  • 12:30 Transport Arch to Bonni's (Dale)

  • 1:00 - 4:00 Decor set up​

    • Tables, linens, centrepieces, table signs (anyone)

    • Larger signs on easels, fence, ground (Robin)

    • Flowers? (Bonni)

    • Bar set-up (Anita)

    • Lighting, sound, TV (Wayne, Shawn)​

    • Video and sound testing (Wayne, Shawn)​

    • Arch set-up and testing (Matt, Nate)

  • 5:30 Pick-up pizza (Ashleigh)

  • 10:00 Photographer arrives, take pics of girls getting ready (Jordan R.)

  • 10:30 - 11:30 Robin hair (Kendra)

  • 10:45 - Sara dress dogs (Katie, Kyo, Mika)

  • 11/11:30 Ashleigh to arrive & join ladies

  • 11:00 Put on dresses/suit (Sara, Robin, Bonni, Ashleigh, Nate)

  • 11:00 - 12:00 Boys travel to Fable Gardens via Wayne & Irene's camper
